All renters and guest must abide to all rules.
Renting a property is a privilege that comes with certain responsibilities to ensure a safe, pleasant, and harmonious experience for all. To rent a property, you must be at least 25 years old, with all renters and guests strictly adhering to the outlined rules. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not permitted inside the properties, ensuring the environment remains clean and allergen-free for future guests.
Check-in is scheduled at 3 PM, while check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs may be arranged prior to arrival, provided no other reservations follow. Renters are held accountable for any damages, repair costs, or loss of use associated with their stay. Violations of any rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund, preserving the safety and comfort of the property for everyone. By respecting these guidelines, all guests can enjoy a seamless and enjoyable rental experience.
- Must be 25 or older to rent a property
- Sorry no pets are allowed
- No smoking inside properties
- No Parties are allowed without prior consent in writing
- No illegal activities
- No loud noises before 9am or after 10pm
- Renter is responsible for any damage and cost to repair and cost for loss of use
- Check in time is 3PM
- Check out time is 10AM
- Late check out can be arranged prior to arrival and if the property is not rented after your stay. Must be approved
